Device information: IP address, device type, browser, and operating system — collected automatically when you use Zepso.

Why We Collect It

To create and manage your account.
To publish and display your listings to potential buyers.
To enable messaging between buyers and sellers.
To ensure safety on the platform and prevent fraud.
To send you notifications about activity related to your listings and messages.

How Long We Keep It

Active listings are stored as long as your account is active.
Deleted listings are permanently removed after 90 days.
Inactive accounts are deleted after 2 years of inactivity.
Messages are retained for 1 year after the conversation ends.

Third Parties We Share Data With

We share data with a limited number of third-party service providers necessary to operate the platform:

AWS (Amazon Web Services): Cloud hosting and file storage.
Sentry: Error monitoring to help us identify and fix bugs.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your personal information with advertisers at this time.

Phone Numbers

Your phone number is only visible to other logged-in users who view your listing. It is never displayed to guests or unauthenticated visitors. We treat phone numbers as sensitive contact information.

Your Rights (India DPDP Act)

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act), 2023, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

The right to access your personal data held by us.
The right to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
The right to delete your account and the data associated with it.
