Acceptance
By accessing or using Zepso — including our website, mobile apps, and any related services — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Zepso.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Zepso. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Zepso is currently available in India. Use of the platform from other jurisdictions is at your own risk and subject to applicable local laws.
Your Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- Do not share your password with others. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account.
- One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is prohibited.
- Notify us immediately at support@zepso.shop if you believe your account has been compromised.
What You Can Post
You may post listings for items that meet all of the following criteria:
- Second-hand items or services that you legally own or have the right to sell.
- Accurate, honest descriptions that reflect the true condition of the item.
- Real, unaltered photographs of the actual item being listed.
Prohibited Items
The following are strictly prohibited on Zepso:
- •Weapons, firearms, ammunition, or explosive devices
- •Illegal drugs, narcotics, or controlled substances
- •Counterfeit goods or items with fake brand markings
- •Wildlife, protected animals, or animal parts
- •Adult, pornographic, or sexually explicit content
- •Stolen goods or items obtained illegally
- •Items that require a government licence you do not hold
- •Human organs, tissue, or bodily fluids
Violations result in immediate listing removal and permanent account ban.
Transactions
Zepso is a platform to connect buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction that occurs between users. All deals happen directly between the buyer and seller. Zepso has no liability for items sold, the accuracy of listings, payment disputes, item quality, or safety during a meeting or exchange.
Meeting Safety
When meeting someone to buy or sell an item, please follow these safety guidelines:
- Always meet in a public place such as a coffee shop, shopping centre, or police station lobby.
- Never share your financial information, bank account details, or OTPs with anyone.
- Bring a friend or let someone know where you are going.
- Trust your instincts — if something feels wrong, do not proceed.
Reporting
Every listing and user profile on Zepso has a report option. We review all reports and take appropriate action. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you post on Zepso, including listing text and photos. By posting content, you grant Zepso a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform. This licence ends when you delete your listing or account.
Account Termination
We may suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service. You may also delete your own account at any time from your account settings.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of Zepso shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Zepso after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
